Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any mobile applications ("Apps") operated by Bagel Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Your access to and use of the Apps is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Apps.

Description of Service

Bagel Ventures LLC develops and publishes mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our apps are designed to enhance daily life, support personal growth, and provide useful tools for our users. Our apps provide various features, including but not limited to:

User Accounts and Registration

Intellectual Property Rights

App Ownership

All applications published by Bagel Ventures LLC, along with their content, features, and functionality, are owned and operated by Bagel Ventures LLC. Our applications and all related intellectual property are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for your personal, non-commercial use.

User-Generated Content

All content created by users within the apps, including journal entries, notes, and other personal data, is owned by the user. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

However, by creating content through our applications, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide our services to you.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our applications.

AI Data Processing and Consent

Data Sent to AI

When you use AI features, the app sends request data required to generate your result. This can include selected photos, camera captures, prompts, selected transformation options, and technical instruction text.

Uploaded images can include personal data such as face, body, home interiors, objects, surroundings, and other identifying details visible in the image.

If you submit a photo containing another person, you represent that you have permission to share that data for AI processing.

Who Receives the Data

AI request content is sent to Google Gemini, a third-party AI processor operated by Google.

Without this transmission, the app cannot generate AI outputs. If you do not consent, do not use AI generation features.

How Data Is Collected

Data is collected directly from user actions, including choosing photos, taking photos, entering text prompts, and selecting editing options.

The app does not automatically scan your gallery for Gemini requests. Data is sent when you intentionally submit an AI action.

How Data Is Used

Submitted content is used to process your request, generate output images/text, and return requested results in app screens.

Do not submit sensitive content unless you accept the risks of transmitting that content to third-party AI processing.

Permission Before Transmission

By checking the consent box and tapping the acceptance button below, you give explicit permission to transmit selected personal data to Google Gemini for AI processing.

This explicit consent is collected before AI processing begins for new onboarding users.

Privacy Policy and Equal Protection

Our Privacy Policy identifies what data we collect, how we collect it, all uses of that data, and the third parties we share it with.

Our Terms and Privacy documentation require third-party processors to provide equal or comparable protection standards.

Review both documents in full before consenting.

Retention and User Controls

Generated outputs and request data may be temporarily processed or cached to complete your request and return a response.

Locally saved outputs remain on your device based on your own save actions.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some of our applications may offer paid memberships, features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store where you made your purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bagel Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our applications.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bagel Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our applications, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your use of our applications at any time by deleting them from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
